14" PIZZA PEEL 

Designed for launching, retrieving, and serving pizzas from your pizza oven. Its rust-resistant aluminum body is lightweight for ease of movement and maneuverability. The perforations allow excess flour to fall away and steam to escape, supporting a crisp, finished crust. The slim profile provides a seamless slide under dough or bakeware for a smooth experience.

Note:

This peel is not recommended to be kept inside the pizza oven while cooking, but rather used to launch, turn, retrieve, and serve pizzas. We recommend cooking the pizza on the stone inside the pizza oven. If your pizza oven does not have a rotating turntable, cook your pizza evenly by turning it with the pizza peel.
