EU and Germany models include a barbed fitting with hose and butane regulator suitable for a butane canister connection only.

The CUBE PROFLAME 360 is compatible with the CUBE PROFLAME 360 Travel Bag and the CUBE PROFLAME 360 Reversible Griddle Plate. The PROFLAME LPG Hose and Regulator Kit is also available for AU and USA models only. Check with stockists in your area to confirm product availability.

Press in the knob and turn left. Once you hear a click, keep the knob pressed until the burner ignites. Once ignited, set the control to your desired heat level.

Once cool, clean the CUBE PROFLAME 360 using mild detergent, warm water, and a soft cloth or non-abrasive scourer. Avoid phosphoric-based cleaners, as they may damage the finish. For tougher marks, use a gentle bicarbonate soda paste as recommended. Do not place the grill or griddle plate in the dishwasher, as this is not advised. Please ensure the CUBE PROFLAME 360 has completely cooled after cooking before storing. It should be stored in an area that is dry and protected from the elements.
It is recommended to use the CUBE PROFLAME 360 Travel Bag to store your CUBE PROFLAME 360 when not in use.

To clean the burners, use a toothpick or toothbrush to clear the ports of any blockages. Igniting the unit once the blockages are clear will incinerate the blockage material.

If the burner does not ignite, position the knob to off and wait 5 minutes for any excess gas to clear. Check connections are secure and the gas bottle has propane. Once checked try the ignition process again. If the issue persists, contact customer care.
