No, these are not necessary. The FORCE grill plate is designed with an integrated flame tamer. This stops oils and juices from falling directly onto the burners which will help reduce flare ups.

Yes, the rotisserie is an optional accessory available to fit with the FORCE. Check with stockists in your area to confirm product availability. Information about the rotisserie kit can be found HERE.

Metal tools can be used however there is a risk that incorrect use could scratch the surface of the vitreous enamel grill / plates causing damage. If you wish to use metal tools take care and use caution.

When not in use, ensure the LPG/propane cylinder valve is turned OFF. The FORCE can be stored outdoors but should be kept under cover and protected with a purpose-made FORCE cover. Our grill covers are water-resistant and made from 425 GSM UV-protected material; however, humidity and condensation may still develop depending on climate. Remove the cover periodically and wipe the unit down to prevent moisture build-up. Ensure the cooking surfaces are cleaned before storing.

Once cool, clean the FORCE using mild detergent, warm water, and a soft cloth or non-abrasive scourer. Avoid phosphoric-based cleaners, as they may damage the finish. For stubborn marks, use a gentle bicarbonate soda paste as recommended. Cleaning below the burners can be done following our YouTube cleaning guide. Do not place the grills or plates in the dishwasher, as this is not advised. Refer to our YouTube cleaning demonstration for step-by-step cleaning instructions.
